Subject: Release dates of Diagnostyka S.A.’s periodic reports in 2025
Text of the report:
The Management Board of Diagnostyka S.A. (the “Company”) hereby announces the release dates of the Company’s periodic reports in 2025:
(1) 2024 separate and consolidated full-year reports – 24 April 2025
(2) 2025 interim reports:
– separate and consolidated quarterly reports for the first quarter of 2025 – 27 May 2025
– separate and consolidated half-year reports for the first half of 2025 – 18 September 2025
– separate and consolidated quarterly reports for the third quarter of 2025 – 20 November 2025

The Company further announces that it will apply the exemption provided under Section 79.2 of the Minister of Finance’s Regulation on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a non-member state of 29 March 2018 (the “Regulation”) and will not issue quarterly reports or consolidated quarterly reports for the second or fourth quarter of 2025.

Specific legal basis: Section 80.4 of the Minister of Finance’s Regulation on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a non-member state of 29 March 2018
