The Management Board of Diagnostyka S.A. (the “Company”) hereby announces that on 23 April 2026, the Company received from a closely associated person (in relation to a member of the Supervisory Board) a notification of a transaction prepared pursuant to Article 19(1) of the MAR Regulation.
