The Management Board of Diagnostyka S.A. (the “Company”) hereby announces that on 24 April 2026, the Company received from Mr Jaromir Pelczarski, Vice President of the Management Board of Diagnostyka S.A., a notification of a transaction prepared pursuant to Article 19(1) of the MAR Regulation.
