The Management Board of Diagnostyka S.A. (the “Company”) today the Company received a statement from Mr. Paweł Chytła, Vice President of the Management Board, regarding his resignation from the Management Board, effective 31 December 2025.
Below is a quotation from Mr. Paweł Chytła’s statement outlining the reason for his resignation:
“I have successfully fulfilled the mission entrusted to me – to support the Diagnostyka Group in its debut on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and in establishing its presence as a public company. The period of transition associated with the listing and the Company’s adaptation to stock exchange requirements has now concluded, marking the completion of my mission and my work on the Management Board. The Diagnostyka team, including my deputy, Mr. Bartosz Cieślicki, has been actively involved in all processes before, during and after the IPO and is fully prepared to continue its work. I am stepping down from the position of Vice President of the Management Board with a sense of accomplishment and the firm belief that the Diagnostyka Group faces many more successful years ahead.”
