Legal basis: Art. 56.1.2 of the Public Offering Act – Current and periodic information

With regard to the current report No. 13/2025 of 4 April 2025, the Management Board of Diagnostyka (“the Company”), hereby informs about its decision to change the publication date of the consolidated half-year report for the first half of 2025, from 18 September 2025 to 4 September 2025.

Legal basis: § 84 (2) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of June 6, 2025 regarding current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state.
