Text of the report:

The Management Board of Diagnostyka S.A. (the “Company”) hereby provides the dates for the publication of the Company’s periodic reports in 2026.

(1) 2025 separate and consolidated full-year reports – April 20, 2026

(2) 2026 interim reports:

– consolidated quarterly reports for the first quarter of 2026 – 28 May 2026

– consolidated half-year reports for the first half of 2026 – 10 September 2026

– consolidated quarterly reports for the third quarter of 2026 – 26 November 2026

In accordance with § 63 sections 1 and 3 of the Minister of Finance’s Regulation on current and periodic information, the Company informs that the consolidated quarterly and half-year reports will include, respectively, quarterly standalone financial information and a condensed standalone half-year financial statement. Therefore, the Company will not publish separate standalone quarterly reports or a separate standalone half-year report.

The Company also announces that, pursuant to the provisions of § 83 sec. 2 of the
Minister of Finance’s Regulation on current and periodic information, it will not publish a consolidated quarterly report for Q4 2025, nor a consolidated quarterly report for Q2 2026.

Specific legal basis:

Section 84.1 of the Minister of Finance’s Regulation on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a non-member state of 6 June March 2025.
